Zelfs minieme verstoringen\u2014zoals een vertraging in kalibratie of een afwezige technicus\u2014kunnen ernstige vertragingen veroorzaken. Veel leveranciers draaien al op maximale capaciteit, waardoor verstoringen zich snel opstapelen.
