Delivery with winter weather
Chance of delay throughout the country
The land is coloured white and in addition to the fun in the snow, the winter weather also causes a lot of nuisance. Our logistics partner DHL took to the road today with full buses, but the safety of their deliverers always comes first. Extensive slipperiness and a thick layer of snow mean that parts in the north of the country are not easily accessible. Some shipments may be delayed.
What can this mean for you?
- Chances are that we will deliver later than planned this week. DHL will inform you about the status of your shipment via track and trace.
- There is a chance that the shipment will be picked up later from Batchforce for delivery and your package may therefore be delayed.
- If you have missed the DHL driver and the package has been delivered to a DHL ServicePoint, call the ServicePoint to check if they are open. Opening hours can be found here.
